2. Orders

2.1 Orders placed via our secure checkout process will allow you to review and correct any mistakes before confirming. You can also view your order history by logging into your account.
2.2 An order is accepted when we dispatch it. Even if payment is taken immediately, we reserve the right to cancel and refund if items are unavailable.
2.3 We may reject an order:

  • If items are out of stock

  • If payment cannot be authorized

  • If there are pricing or description errors

  • If eligibility criteria are not met

3. Pricing

3.1 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current UK rate.
3.2 Prices and product information are subject to change without notice due to supplier updates.
3.3 If a pricing error occurs, we will inform you before proceeding.
3.4 Postage and packaging charges, if applicable, are shown clearly at checkout.

4. Cancellations & Returns

4.1 To cancel an order:

  • Return the goods after they’ve been dispatched, following the policy below.

4.2 Notify us in writing within 14 working days of receipt to return an item. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

4.3 Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used

  • It is not returned in its original condition

  • It was custom-made

  • It has been passed to a third party

Poorly packaged returns that are damaged in transit may be refused.

4.4 Some items require a signature upon delivery. Please inspect items thoroughly before signing. If someone else is signing, ensure they check the goods. Claims for damage or shortages must be made within 48 hours.

4.5 Deliveries are to the door only. Couriers cannot enter your property unless you opted for items to be delivered to room of choice.

4.6 If an item under warranty is found to be faulty, please contact us before returning it. We will assess if the issue is covered under the warranty and guide you through the next steps.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Product Warranties

Warranties are provided by the manufacturer/importer. We will assist with any valid warranty claims. You must provide proof of purchase. Warranty becomes void if the product is modified or resold.
