UK DELIVERY

Orders marked “In Stock” are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. We work with trusted delivery partners including DHL, Parcelforce, and BJS Two-Man Delivery.

Orders marked “Backordered” are dispatched within 5–7 weeks. Once dispatched, delivery is usually completed within 5 days, and you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

Orders marked “Made to Order” are dispatched within 10–12 weeks (sometimes sooner, depending on the manufacturer). Please check the individual product page for specific lead times.

If delivery is missed after two attempts, a £30 re-delivery fee will apply.

If you require delivery on a specific date, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order (or before ordering).

Deliveries to Northern Ireland incur a £35 surcharge.

EUROPE DELIVERY

Orders marked "In Stock" are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–14 days. 

Price: For all EU countries we charge a flat rate of €40.

Orders marked “Backordered” are dispatched within 5–7 weeks. Once dispatched, delivery is usually completed within 6-20 days, and you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
