Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Standard Products – 14-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in a resalable condition, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate a return.


Return Process:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  2. We will send you a return label and arrange collection.

  3. Once the item is returned and inspected, we will issue your refund.

  4. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.


How Long Will My Refund Take?

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed, and you’ll receive a confirmation notification.

  • If you paid by card, the refund may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

  • If you paid via PayPal, refunds can take up to 30 days to process.

  • If you return your item in person (if applicable), refunds can often be initiated immediately, but it may still take up to 7 days for your bank to complete the transaction.


Made-to-Order Products

Products clearly marked as “Made to Order” on the product page are custom-made and not eligible for a refund, unless:

  • The item is not as described

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing fault such as incorrect sizing, finish, or material

In these cases, we will issue a refund or replacement. We may request photos of the issue to verify the fault before proceeding.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and include clear photos of the damage. This will help us arrange a prompt solution, either a replacement or a refund.
